Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Just enter your email address or your order number and zip code and you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid UPS shipping label. For our full return policy, please visit: Tail Activewear Return/Exchange Policy

How soon will I get my refund?

You will instantly receive an instant refund voucher that you can use as a gift card if you choose to. If you do not want it, simply ignore the voucher and your refund will go back on to your original form of payment once received and inspected by Tail, typically within 10 business days of delivery.  Refunds on credit cards can take up to 10 business days to post to your statement after they have been issued back to your original form of payment.

What order number do I input?

Please enter the order number that was on the original order confirmation that you received via email. It is also listed as the order number that is on the yellow picking ticket that was included with the package (a 6-digit number).

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

  • Items purchased more than 120 days ago.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
